TCG Singles Manager Many Realms — Las Vegas, NV Help Build and Grow a Modern TCG Singles Business Many Realms is one of the fastest-growing tabletop game retailers in the country, and we are looking for a TCG Singles Manager to help lead and expand our trading card singles business across both online and in-person channels. This is an opportunity for someone who already lives in the world of TCG singles — through vending, online sales, collection buying, marketplace operations, or store experience — and wants to help build something bigger with the support, infrastructure, and momentum of an established company. We are not looking for someone who simply wants to buy cards all day. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, growth-minded operator who can help build systems, improve processes, drive sales, train teams, and help shape the future of a modern singles business.

What You'll Do:

Grow the Singles Business Help drive the growth and profitability of the Many Realms TCG singles business Develop strategies around purchasing, pricing, inventory flow, online sales, and in-person sales Identify opportunities across existing and emerging TCG categories Monitor market trends and pricing behavior to support smart buying and selling decisions Help build and execute growth initiatives that improve sales, profitability, and customer experience Lead Buying & Inventory Strategy Purchase collections, high-value cards, and singles inventory Evaluate card condition, authenticity, and profitability Help lead counterfeit detection and inventory integrity standards Improve intake workflows, inventory organization, and stock management processes Support convention preparation, event inventory planning, and other in-person sales opportunities Improve Systems & Processes Work within StorePass, Cin7, Shopify, TCGplayer, eBay, and related systems Use strong technical fluency and systems thinking to improve how singles inventory, pricing, and sales channels work together Partner with leadership and technology vendors on system improvements Help create scalable processes that reduce friction and improve operational consistency Train & Support Teams Develop training materials and operational resources for retail teams and store leadership Train staff on counterfeit detection, purchasing procedures, and singles operations Partner with store leadership to improve consistency across locations Help build a collaborative, customer-focused, and operationally disciplined singles culture Be a Positive Team Contributor Communicate clearly and professionally across departments Bring a solutions-oriented mindset to challenges and operational friction Model accountability, adaptability, and ownership in a fast-growing business Help strengthen a team culture built around growth, customer experience, operational excellence, and shared success What We're Looking For Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and ownership mentality Experience buying, selling, or managing TCG singles inventory Strong understanding of TCG singles markets, pricing behavior, and inventory management Strong technical fluency and comfort working across multiple systems Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability Comfortable making high-value purchasing decisions Strong organization and attention to detail Strong communication and team collaboration skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving retail environment Experience with StorePass, Shopify, Cin7, TCGplayer, eBay, or similar systems strongly preferred Experience vending, operating an online singles business, or managing large collection purchases is highly valued Positive team-first attitude with the maturity to work collaboratively across departments This Role May Be a Great Fit If You… Have run your own TCG side business or vending operation Know how to buy collections profitably and responsibly Understand that inventory accuracy matters as much as card knowledge Are excited by technology, systems, and process improvement Want to help scale a serious singles business instead of just working as "the card person" Like solving problems and moving initiatives forward Want to grow with a company that is investing in the future of TCG retail Compensation & Opportunity Exempt salaried position Performance-based bonus structure tied to singles profitability Opportunity to help shape and grow a major business category within Many Realms Future leadership growth opportunities as the singles business expands About Many Realms Many Realms is a fast-growing tabletop game retailer focused on creating exceptional customer experiences through trading card games, board games, tabletop gaming, and community-driven events.
