Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead critical field operations for large-scale transmission and distribution construction projects. Our team is dedicated to ensuring safe, timely, and efficient project delivery while fostering strong client and subcontractor relationships.

Responsibilities:

Oversee field operations and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and schedules. Collaborate with project management to implement and maintain project procedures, working documents, and standards. Direct, coordinate, and monitor subcontractor work, material deliveries, and jobsite documentation to maximize efficiency and track progress. Review safety documentation, complete daily reports, and proactively address any concerns related to work plans or compliance issues.

Required:

Bachelor's degree and 7 years of construction management or craft supervision experience on transmission and distribution projects; or Associate's degree and 9 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma/GED and 11 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience with high voltage transmission lines, substation equipment, structural drawings, and construction site supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and excellent communication and leadership skills with a strong background in safety protocols. Ability to meet company driving requirements and reside within 70 miles of the greater Boston area.
