Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds and lives of young learners. Your primary responsibility will be to create a positive and engaging learning environment where students can thrive and develop their skills. Duties:
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on curriculum guidelines
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies
  • Provide individualized support to students with special education needs
  • Foster a love for learning through engaging activities and interactive teaching methods
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
  • Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior in the classroom
  • Implement early intervention strategies for students who may require additional support
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting
  • Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education
  • Knowledge of early childhood education best practices
  • Understanding of childcare regulations and safety protocols
  • Proficiency in planning and organization
  • Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required)
  • Teaching certification or licensure (required)
  • Previous experience as a Teacher or in a similar role (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students of all backgrounds
