Job Description:
Insight Global is looking for teachers/aids for a school specializing in ASD. This school is a mission?driven, high?support school serving young students (up to age 8) with moderate to severe autism , many of whom are minimal to nonverbal. The school emphasizes highly individualized instruction , small ratios, and collaborative clinical support. Available Roles Lead Pod Teacher
  • primary 1:1 instructional lead for students Flex Teacher
  • senior, floating support across pods; highly adaptable Learning Guide (Teaching Associate)
  • support teacher working alongside pod leads RBTs
  • behavior support (already staffed but part of the team structure) Occupational Therapists Speech/Language Pathologists Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized, student?
specific instruction (often 1:1) Support students with regulation, communication, and behavioral needs Assist with toileting/diapering , lifting (up to 40 lbs), and physical support Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, RBTs, and other educators Create and adapt lesson plans for different learners Engage fully in the school community and mission Required Experience & Traits Experience with young children (pre?
