Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Prior experience as a Paraprofessional in schools preferred Current PA School Clearances (must be dated within 12 months of your start date) Demonstrated ability to work with students of varying abilities in a classroom or learning center setting Strong communication, patience, and adaptability Dependability and punctuality for all scheduled shifts

Responsibilities:

Support instructional programs under the direction of certified staff Assist with daily classroom routines and student engagement Foster a positive environment and encourage student independence Deliver guidance, encouragement, and one-on-one support tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff as required

Additional Details:
