Desired Qualifications:

Valid Oregon state certification or licensure as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) Experience working with school-aged children (K-12), especially those with visual impairments Ability to adapt instructional strategies for students with a wide range of needs and abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and school staff Comfort with technology and willingness to provide services in-person or via virtual instruction (VOCO)

Core Responsibilities:
