Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to inspire and educate students across various age groups and developmental stages. In this role, you will design engaging lesson plans, implement effective teaching strategies, and foster a supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, growth, and achievement. Your expertise will help students develop essential skills in literacy, math, social-emotional learning, and more, ensuring each learner reaches their full potential. Responsibilities Develop and deliver dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and tailored to diverse learning needs. Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities or special needs, ensuring compliance with educational regulations. Utilize learning technology and instructional design principles to enhance classroom engagement and facilitate interactive learning experiences. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement strategies and behavioral therapy techniques. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support student development, including early intervention programs and behavioral health initiatives. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, lesson plans, and student progress reports in accordance with school policies. Skills Proven experience in classroom management across early childhood education, preschool, or private school settings. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, literacy education, math instruction, and childhood development principles. Expertise in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), visually impaired education, or other disabilities. Familiarity with special education procedures such as IEP planning and implementation. Proficiency in using learning technology tools for instructional purposes and educational assessments. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners while maintaining a positive classroom environment. Experience in tutoring, recreational therapy, music therapy, or applied behavior analysis (ABA) is a plus. Knowledge of behavioral health strategies for managing challenging behaviors and promoting social-emotional well-being. Commitment to ongoing professional development in areas such as instructional design, behavioral management, and early childhood education.
