Position Title:
Teachers 21st Century High School Summer Program Quaboag Regional High School
Hours:
M-TH 8:30-2:30 July 6-Aug 6, 2026 Reports to:

Site Coordinator/District Coordinator
Primary Function:
Plan and implement enriching, engaging, and project-based student activities for 9th through 12th grade. Qualifications
  • Ability to plan creative hands-on activities
  • Knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and assessment
  • Experience working with school-age children
  • Applicants should be prepared to deliver a program at least once a week
  • Good communication skills, organized & flexible
Responsibilities:
  • Recruit students
  • Actively plan and run summer program with peers and coordinator
  • Take and turn in attendance
  • Preparation of materials required for activities
  • Implementation of student learning activities
  • Communicate with parents and other teaching staff
  • Implement discipline intervention strategies
  • Complete surveys on students on a timely basis - SAYO-S, twice a year
  • Attend related PD and common planning time in May and June before the program begins
  • Observe high ethical and professional standards in the discharge of all professional responsibilities.
Salary:
$35/per hour (this position is suitable for certified Quaboag teachers) $30 out of district certified teacher rate Hours - Monday-Thursday 8:30-2:30 (possible field trips) Closing date for applications: May 27, 2026 or until filled
