Key Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a paraprofessional or behavior technician Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build positive rapport with students, teachers, and staff Experience supporting middle school-aged students preferred Patience, adaptability, and a genuine interest in student development Capable of following individualized education or behavior plans Reliable and committed to a full-time, 35-hour work week

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated 1:1 support to assigned middle school students Assist students in classroom activities, transitions, and social interactions Help implement academic and behavioral strategies under the direction of certified staff Document student progress and share observations with the educational team Support inclusion by facilitating participation in classroom and school activities Foster a positive and encouraging environment for students to meet their goals This contracted role offers the chance to work alongside experienced educators, contribute to student growth, and further develop your professional skills in a supportive setting.
