Download Full Position Profile The Opportunity Longmeadow Montessori Internationale ("LMI") invites educators at every stage of their career to explore teaching opportunities within our school community. Whether you are an experienced Montessori practitioner, a certified early childhood educator new to Montessori, a student teacher seeking practicum hours, or an aspiring educator exploring a path into the classroom, we welcome your interest. LMI is a private, nonprofit preschool and kindergarten located in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. LMI fosters a dynamic and supportive environment among staff, families, and students while delivering professional, high-quality education rooted in Montessori philosophy. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and NAEYC-accredited early education program, LMI provides exceptional, child-centered education for children ages 2.9 through 6. We are committed to building a teaching community that is as diverse in background and experience as the children and families we serve.

Available opportunities include:

full-time classroom teaching positions, part-time teaching roles, substitute teaching, paraprofessional support, and placements for student teachers or those seeking to complete Massachusetts EEC Preschool or Elementary Teacher Certification hours.
