Professional Development Role Purpose:
Overall, the role purpose of Team Assistant is to support the front-of-house team in delivering exceptional service to guests by assisting with food delivery, table setup, and clearing, while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Their contributions are essential to ensuring a positive dining experience for guests and helping the restaurant run smoothly during service.

Strategic and Financial Responsibilities Upselling Opportunities Cost Control Operational Responsibilities Food Delivery Assisting Servers Assisting Set Up Bussing Stations Customer Service Responsibilities Assisting Guests Education & Qualifications:
Certifications in food safety and sanitation, such as ServSafe or Safe Food Handling High School Diploma or Equivalent Physical Stamina and Endurance-ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks in a hot and demanding kitchen environment
Experience:
Desirable
  • Previous experience in a high volume restaurant
Skills & Competencies:
Attention to Detail Time Management Technological Proficiency Desirable
