Team Leader

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Team Leader to inspire and guide our production team toward excellence. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily production operations, foster a positive customer experience, and ensure the team meets sales and service goals. Your leadership will drive team performance, manage inventory, and uphold company standards, creating a vibrant production environment that encourages growth and success for both staff and customers. Duties Lead and supervise retail staff, providing coaching, training, and development to enhance performance and teamwork Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and strategies Conduct employee orientation sessions and onboarding processes to build a strong team foundation Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Experience Proven management or supervisory experience within a production environment or manufacturing Strong background in retail sales management, team leadership, and customer service excellence Familiarity with inventory control systems, POS technology, merchandising techniques, and retail math principles Experience in recruiting, employee orientation, training & development programs Demonstrated skills in negotiation, purchasing, budgeting, and payroll processing Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively Prior assistant manager experience is preferred but not required; leadership skills are essential Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Team Leader where your enthusiasm fuels our success!
