This is an entry-level food service role ideal for candidates with experience — or interest — in customer service, food preparation, and restaurant operations. No experience required. Paid training provided. Core Skills & Qualifications Customer service and guest-facing communication Food preparation and adherence to food safety standards Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system operation Kitchen equipment operation (fryers, grills, food warmers) Teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Must be at least 16 years of age Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation required Responsibilities Greet customers, take accurate orders, and process payments using our POS system Prepare and cook menu items following Tonyburgers' food safety and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment including fryers, grills, and food prep stations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, and restrooms per health code standards Communicate shift updates and concerns to Shift Leader Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-first environment About Tonyburgers Tonyburgers is a locally owned restaurant founded by Kaysville natives who are passionate about fresh, high-quality burgers and fries.
