Team Member

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the cash register POS system
• Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and recipes
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, dining area, and restrooms
• Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience for customers

Experience:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Familiarity with POS system is a plus
