What Is a Switch Position Team Member? You are the heartbeat of the restaurant.

This role rotates between:

Front counter (greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments) Food line (assembling burritos, bowls, tacos, and salads with speed and accuracy) Front-of-house (keeping the dining room, drink station, and guest areas spotless) Prep & stocking (making sure the line is always ready for the next rush) You will touch every part of the guest experience — and you will be trained to do it well.
