We are hiring an Assistant Manager and Team Members to play a key role in supporting daily operations across two concepts in

Stonewall, TX:

Sulbing Stonewall Korean dessert caf (bingsu, coffee, desserts)Ranch Road Burgers fast-casual burger concept focused on local Hill Country beefThis is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day operations across both locations. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to lead shifts, support staff, and ensure both businesses run smoothly. Team Members will play a key role in executing service, maintaining quality, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

There is a strong opportunity to grow with the company into senior leadership as we expand to multiple locations.

What You ll

Do:

All Team Members:

Support daily operations across both conceptsDeliver excellent guest service and maintain a positive, team-first attitudeAssist during service by taking orders, running food, and supporting food prep as neededMaintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standardsWork efficiently in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality and consistencyAssistant Manager (in addition to the above):

Run shifts independently across both locationsOpen and close each location as neededLead shifts by directing and supporting team members during serviceStep into front-of-house or kitchen roles as needed to ensure smooth operationsMaintain service quality, speed, and overall guest experience standardsAssist with scheduling, inventory management, and daily operational tasksHandle customer issues professionally and resolve them efficientlyWhat We re

Looking For:

Strong reliability and accountability (this is non-negotiable)Previous restaurant or caf experience (leadership experience preferred for Assistant Manager)Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressureComposure and leadership during high-volume service periodsWillingness to work alongside the team not just superviseStrong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindsetTeam-first attitude with attention to detail and pride in your work
