Job Description

Full-time / Non-exempt / Pay based on experience Reporting to the VP of People & Culture, the Team Services Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Team Services department through coordination of onboarding, workforce administration, and HRIS processes. What you'll do: Manage and execute the full post-offer onboarding process, ensuring completion of all pre-employment and regulatory requirements. Coordinate and verify background checks, references, licensure, and other onboarding tasks to ensure readiness for start dates. Serve as a key HRIS resource for data entry, support, troubleshooting, and reporting. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and other departments for a smooth transition from offer acceptance through onboarding. Organize onboarding logistics, including communication, orientation, documentation, and system access. Maintain accurate workforce records and support Team Services projects and initiatives as assigned. Communicate professionally with applicants, staff, leaders, and external partners, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred. SHRM certification preferred. 2+ years of experience in human resources, onboarding, HR operations, or administrative coordination preferred. Experience working within an HRIS platform preferred. Experience in healthcare, senior living, or regulated environments preferred. Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills required. Attention to detail and organizational skills required. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment required. Strong customer service and follow-through required. Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment required. Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, Adobe, Docusign and office equipment required. Ability to learn new systems, processes, and workflows required. Collaborative team player with a positive and professional demeanor required.
