Compensation:

Uncapped Commission Job Requirements As a Retail Sales Representative, you should be goal-oriented, competitive, and driven to exceed expectations - your own as well as ours. You should also be organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization skills. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to easily establish rapport and credibility with a wide range of potential customers. Other qualifications for this sales position include: High School Diploma Ability to succeed with integrity in a professional, commission-based sales environment Knowledge of the entire sales process Strong telephone skills and ability to be comfortable with making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and personalities Schedule flexibility to work from 8:00 AM until 9:30 PM and weekends Computer proficiency, particularly with Internet Explorer, Excel, and Word Knowledge of RQ and OMNI a huge plus Bartenders, servers, waitstaff, etc, are all encouraged to apply!
