We're looking for a senior-level Tech Lead who can provide hands-on technical leadership across multi-platform and cross-functional systems. You'll play a key role in shaping architecture, guiding development efforts, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. What You'll Be Doing Lead and provide technical direction on large, highly complex, enterprise-wide projects. This includes FAST integration, Java-based services, Salesforce solutions, and underwriting systems to enable scalable, efficient, and data-driven life insurance operations across the Life Operating Model Serve as a technical expert in applications systems analysis, software architecture, and programming Design, develop, test, document, and maintain enterprise applications and services, including Java-based solutions and system integrations Drive solutions across the full SDLC, from requirements and architecture through implementation and support Design, implement, and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability Develop and maintain automation and testing scripts, and analyze results to improve system quality and reliability Plan and implement security measures to safeguard systems and data Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements, upgrades, and modernization efforts Create and maintain system documentation and models using standard techniques (e.g., UML, ER diagrams, process flows) Mentor and guide team members while promoting development best practices This role offers meaningful technical ownership, the chance to lead complex initiatives, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact through architecture and engineering excellence.
