WHAT'S BREWING IN THIS

ROLE... As a Technical Analyst, you'll help build and support the scalable systems and processes that power our rapidly growing business. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions leveraging NetSuite ERP, EDI, and system integrations. You'll play a key role in improving operational efficiency, troubleshooting system issues, and translating business needs into technical solutions that support growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting and enhancing NetSuite ERP functionality including workflows, saved searches, custom records, and transaction configurations Partnering with Finance and Accounting teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support system improvements Supporting EDI operations and onboarding efforts, including transaction mapping, testing, troubleshooting, and trading partner coordination for 850, 855, 856, and 810 transactions Documenting data flows, integrations, business rules, and process improvements across enterprise systems Coordinating testing, UAT, release support, and project documentation for system enhancements and implementations Troubleshooting system and data issues while driving timely resolution efforts

MUST-HAVE

INGREDIENTS... 3+ years of experience supporting Enterprise Systems, ideally with NetSuite configuration and/or EDI integrations Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Understanding of retail or CPG business processes, including orders, inventory, invoicing, and financial transactions Experience supporting enterprise applications, integrations, and operational workflows Familiarity with testing, release support, and system enhancement processes Bonus Ingredients Experience working in multi-subsidiary accounting environments Familiarity with GL mapping, financial close processes, and journal entry workflows Experience with iPaaS or enterprise integration platforms Experience supporting systems in a high-growth environment Skills & Competencies NetSuite ERP Administration & Configuration EDI Transaction Support & Troubleshooting Business Process Analysis Systems Documentation Data & Integration Flow Analysis User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Cross-Functional Collaboration Project Coordination Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis Process Improvement Why Join 7 Brew?
