H Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst with proven experience in Appian to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, leveraging their expertise in Appian BPM platform to analyze, design, and implement solutions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for process automation and system improvements. Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using Appian. Design, develop, and configure Appian applications, including workflows, interfaces, and integrations. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver scalable Appian solutions. Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support deployment activities. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Appian applications. Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and business users to ensure project success. Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials. Stay updated on new features and best practices for Appian to ensure effective utilization.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a Business System Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role. Extensive hands-on experience with the Appian BPM platform. Strong understanding of business process modeling, workflow design, and enterprise architecture. Familiarity with system integration, APIs, and data management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Certifications, but not required: Appian Certified Associate Developer or higher. Business analysis or project management certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP).
