what makes you unique makes us better. The Technical Capability Leader will elevate and standardize technical excellence for the beverage manufacturing network. This role is responsible for building deep technical capability across maintenance and subject matter expert (SME) communities, driving horizontal knowledge sharing, and deploying "One Best Way" solutions across bottle and can production systems. This roles is focused on developing advanced equipment expertise, strengthening asset reliability, and accelerating performance across blow molding, processing, filling, labeling, capping, and seaming operations. Responsibilities Owns the technical training agenda Own location and Pod skill development for both new maintenance hires as well as upskilling existing talent Develop and deploy structured technical training programs for equipment SMEs Build deep expertise across core beverage manufacturing assets, including but not limited to: Blow molders, Labelers, Blenders, Fillers, Cappers, Seamers, Utility, Thermal Systems, Aceptic, Conveyance and Packaging Systems Establish standardized competency frameworks and technical certification pathways SME & Maintenance Excellence Strengthen troubleshooting capability, root cause analysis (RCA), and precision maintenance practices Partner with reliability and Line Structure teams to build capability in order to reduce chronic losses and improve equipment uptime Drive standardization of maintenance procedures, job plans, and technical documentation Knowledge Sharing & Standardization Lead horizontal deployment of "One Best Way" solutions across the network Create and maintain a centralized technical knowledge repository Facilitate cross-site technical forums and SME collaboration sessions Capture and scale proven equipment improvements, reliability upgrades, and performance enhancements Performance & Reliability Impact Demonstrated capability improvement through asset reliability, mean time between failures (MTBF), and mean time to repair (MTTR) Support plants in closing technical skill gaps that impact safety, quality, and true efficiency Cross functional partnerships and tracking Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to align capability priorities Partner across Pod to identify Pod technical skill gaps and capability opportunities to develop and optimize training agendas in partnership with the MCOE Reliability and Respond & Recover teams Partner with MCOE to design and develop technical training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules Coordinate training schedules, logistics and facilitation of technical training to ensure successful executionCompensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $54,700 - $82,050. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field) 3+ years of operations and technical experience (electrical, mechanical and troubleshooting machines) Lean Six Sigma Experience preferred, proven by successful completion of a major improvement project. Basic computer proficiency required, including ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) for communication, reporting, and documentation.
