Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Technical Cleaners to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing specialized cleaning and restoration services across various facilities. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining safe, clean, and compliant environments during critical restoration projects involving water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of affected areas using appropriate methods and tools to prepare spaces for restoration or renovation. Assist with water damage restoration by extracting moisture, cleaning affected surfaces, and supporting drying processes. Conduct fire damage cleanup including debris removal, soot and smoke residue cleaning, and surface sanitation. Support mold remediation efforts by identifying mold growth, setting up containment areas, and executing cleaning protocols. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely for demolition, surface preparation, or debris removal tasks. Assist with asbestos abatement procedures following strict safety guidelines and industry standards. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and safety compliance throughout each project. Qualifications Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques for water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety protocols at all times. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills in restoration processes. Pay:

$17.00 - $19.50 per hour
