Technical Inside Sales Consultant

A Technical Inside Sales Consultant responsible for working with customers via phone, email or in-person, preparing quotes, receiving orders for finishing, fabrication, sheet and extrusion.

Required:

High School diploma or equivalent 3 years' experience in a sales environment. A four year degree can be considered in lieu of experience. Inside sales experience in an industrial or construction related environment is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor incoming customer inquiries on Hubspot and prepare quotes in line with company standards. Handle all inquiries for scheduling, changes, questions, and issues after orders have been entered Inspect incoming metal for quality and verify prices Work with the production team to brainstorm best practices and troubleshoot issues Solicit the sale of new or additional services and contact customers regarding the status of jobs and close the sale. Resolve complaints concerning products, billing or services rendered Document records of customer interactions and transactions Recommend improvements, changes, or new techniques and procedures

Pay:

$23-$30/hr.
