Technical Lead- Integration

Workday Integrations Anaylst Must Have Technical/Functional Skills  Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.  Proficiency in

REST/SOAP

APIs, XML, XSLT, and related technologies.  Experience in designing and troubleshooting complex integrations.  Familiarity with Workday security model and domain policies.  Experience in Workday reporting tools.  Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.  Strong understanding of HR processes, data flows and compliance requirements. Roles & Responsibilities  Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, WECI, PECI, PICOF, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Web Services.  Configure and manage REST and SOAP APIs for Workday and third-party systems.  Implement inbound and outbound integrations for HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and other Workday modules.  Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for data flows.  Develop custom XSLT transformations and handle complex data mapping requirements.  Monitor integration performance and perform regular audits for data accuracy.  Maintain security roles and domain policies for integration-related data.  Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.  Document integration designs, workflows, and support procedures.  Build custom reports and leverage Workday reporting tools for integration validation. Education Bachelors Salary Range:
