Job Summary The Operations Support Specialist will provide crucial support to the Operations Business Support Manager in optimizing operational processes and enhancing productivity. This role involves assisting in process improvements, project management, data analysis, and ensuring effective cross-functional coordination. This position reports directly to the Operations Business Support Manager and supports all departments of business directly and indirectly. Core Values Culture of Safety

  • Treating Others as we want to be treated Duties/Responsibilities Operational Support Assist in the implementation and monitoring of operational strategies Support process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency Help develop and track performance metrics and KPIs Project Support Support project planning, coordination, and execution Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines Assist in resource allocation and management for various projects Technical Field Support Support Company transition to electric equipment by becoming a product expert in equipment, charging solutions, and infrastructure Lead robotic, RC, and autonomous mowing program owning implementation, training, and research into new solutions Support Crews in the field to ensure that tech solutions are providing operational efficiencies Perform or coordinate minor upkeep, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of equipment as needed to ensure safe and effective operation Cross-Functional Collaboration Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments Support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations Assist in the preparation and dissemination of operational reports and updates General Support Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents Handle correspondence and communication, both internal and external
Requirements:
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) is a plus Comfortable with technology and its use in the field Ability to design and lead formal and informal training Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making Ability to work independently and as part of a team Education and Experience Bachelor's degree, Trade School, or other vocational training 3+ years of experience in operational support or a similar role Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift 15 pounds Must be able to travel Overnight stays may be required
