  • Job description
  • The Technical Project Manager (TPM) serves as the MMIT lead client facing technical point of contact throughout the implementation process and is responsible for presenting technical requirements, standard deployment plans and workflows, and answering technical and implementation questions.
The TPM is responsible for establishing a cadence for successful internal and client communication including meetings with key stakeholders. The PM maintains and communicates the project plan/timeline with an acute understanding of the critical path, milestones, dependencies, and impact to client satisfaction. They are critical to issue resolution by assessing, escalating, and managing to mitigation. The Client Delivery Team (CDS) leads and coordinates project teams end-to-end for MMIT. They deliver implementation projects in scope and on-time while adhering to effective risk management practices. This team is critical in ensuring the needs of the client and MMIT are balanced and escalated as necessary.
  • Responsibilities:
  • + Manage large projects from potentially new designs, integrations, production, and test + Develop comprehensive project plans that merge requirements with company goals and coordinate with various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from early adoption to GA + Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables + Proactive client communication through participation in regular scheduled meetings with sponsors and stakeholders.
+ Monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on all matters. + Create client facing and internal documentation in support of post-sale activities such as requirements documentation, Gantt charts, project plans, checklists, meeting minutes, meeting agendas, etc. + Develops and maintains knowledge of EA products and benefits, and shares that information with CDS + Serves as the trusted advisor and ensures project and change management follow best practices. + Build, cultivate, and develop strategic relationships cross functionally in the organization + Ensures consistent risk management: identification, escalation, mitigation for contingency plans/actions.
  • Qualifications
  • + Bachelor's degree + 5-7 years of project management or relevant experience + 1-3 years of technical project management or relevant experience + Experience implementing data solutions for large-scale clients + Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously + Experience managing cross-functional, technical teams + Communicate with a high degree of creativity, self-confidence, and persuasiveness + Passionate about process; constantly on the lookout for inefficiencies that can be improved + Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and management + Self-motivated and able to provide results with minimal supervision + Healthcare IT, Pharma Analytics experience preferred + PMP preferred

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
