Job Description
Technical Project Manager "PT Room Tech"
- ( 260000Y8 ) Description The Senior Epic Project Manager leads the planning, coordination, and execution of complex Epic-related initiatives, including software implementations, module enhancements, and cross-functional systems integration.
- Demonstrates advanced analytical skills in identifying root causes of complex technical and operational challenges, developing strategic solutions that optimize Epic system performance and healthcare workflows. Executive Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Excels in clear, persuasive communication across all organizational levels, facilitating collaboration between technical teams, clinical leaders, and executive stakeholders to drive project success. Project Leadership & Time Management
- Proven ability to lead multiple, high-impact projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while delivering results on time and within scope in dynamic healthcare environments Healthcare Operations & Revenue Cycle Expertise
- Deep understanding of clinical operations and revenue cycle processes, with a track record of aligning Epic system capabilities to support organizational efficiency, compliance, and financial performance. Change Leadership & Organizational Agility
- Skilled in leading change initiatives, guiding teams through transitions, and fostering adoption of new technologies and workflows with minimal disruption to operations. Collaborative Leadership & Team Development
