The Opportunity You will serve as the operational backbone across product, engineering, data, and business initiatives - transforming loosely defined ideas into organized execution plans and aligning stakeholders around delivery. The right person understands how to create structure without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy. You know how to balance process with speed, accountability with collaboration, and strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. You will work closely with technical and business leadership to ensure priorities remain aligned, dependencies are managed proactively, and teams stay focused on outcomes rather than noise.
