Technical Sales Administrator-Inventory Clerk Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated Technical Sales Administrator-Inventory Clerk This role supports both our fledgling component sales operation and our production operation. The ideal candidate will possess technical knowledge of underground mining equipment components with an understanding of mechanical and electrical components; be able to read and interpret technical drawings and mechanical specifications; pay strong attention to detail and be very organized. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with sales and production to price components and generate quotes
• Source components to price components, generate quotes and fill orders Generate quotes in EPR system
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently-including ERP system, quality control, packing and shipping
• Coordinate with production and internal teams to meet delivery timelines
• Track orders, update records, and maintain accurate sales data Maintain component inventory for resale and use in production Maintain stock levels for select components for resale Stock components for resale Issue components to production Qualifications High School Diploma required, post-secondary education a plus Experience working in a mining industry warehouse, in a parts or service department or in the heavy equipment industry preferred • Experience in manufacturing, industrial parts, or a related field will be considered • Must be organized as well as willing and able to multi-task, problem-solve, and handle details • Must be proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Must be proficient using a fork lift The successful candidate will exhibit an extremely high level of integrity and be honest, dependable, capable and eager to accept responsibility.

Pay:

$25.00 - $29.00 per hour
