Job Description
Compucom Systems, Inc. provides end-to-end IT managed services to enable the digital workplace for enterprise, midsize and small businesses. To enable our clients to focus on what matters most, we employ a customer-centric, hard-working, and talented group of people that Act Like an Owner, Do the Right Thing, and Have Fun Doing It! We're looking for a Technical Specialist II to join our team. As an L2 Technician, you will serve as the remote contact for technical and service-related issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing, and repairing laser printers, wide-format printers, Xerography printers, kiosks, and related hardware/software. Collaboration with Level III or Lead Technicians may be required to ensure timely and accurate resolutions. In this role, you will be the primary L2 resource to assist on site technician's region to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain multiple devices, from Network Multi-function devices to large format printers, and related photo lab equipment, along with the supported infrastructure and equipment installations. Responsibilities include assisting with troubleshooting, installing, and repairing laser printers, wide-format printers, Xerography printers, kiosks, and related hardware/software. Collaboration with L3 may be required to ensure timely and accurate resolutions. . - + Assisting on site technicians. + Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, Xerography printers, and kiosks. + Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. + Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance. + Deliver clear technical assistance to technicians onsite and over the phone. + Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.

- Wage Range
- :•The hourly rate for this position is between $23.
