Our Technical Support Coordinators:
Handle the majority of the inbound calls related to their group of accounts Takes the lead in providing customer and job communications Provides service and sales support for service and maintenance of rotating equipment and power equipment Generate customer deliverables including quotes and reports Utilizes company CRM to document all customer interaction and job status Participates in the buying process, researching material and suppliers, issuing purchase orders and reviewing received material Take the lead in communicating to other company teammates (managers, supervisors, field sales) on customer and job information Co-ordinate the use of vendors or subcontractors Check on status of customer orders Communicate with the team and/or the customer regarding scheduling issues Participate in outbound marketing and sales efforts Backup all other office staff positions as required Qualifications Experience in a heavy industrial service environment preferred Technical sales and service knowledge in a related industry (power transmission, electrical supply, etc.) helpful Minimum Associates Degree preferred (or related experience) Strong written and verbal business communication skills Interest and ability to learn and be trained in new areas Experience with Microsoft office suite products and CRM systems
