Technical Support Representative

Your Role Provide first-level support for technical issues via phone, email, or in person. Troubleshoot software and hardware technical issues. Document all technical inquiries and solutions for future reference. Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex technical issues. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service. Experience/Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred. Knowledge of computer management and desktop support. Familiarity with computers, networks, and streaming services. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience using ticketing systems is a plus. Schedule & Pay In office position, NO remote opportunity.
