Full-time Technical Support Specialist:

Harmon, Illinois Our customer in Harmon, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We're recruiting Technical Support Specialists to work full ‑ time on 1st shift. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product troubleshooting, interpreting electrical schematics, and providing technical support while maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities of the

Technical Support Specialist:

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with troubleshooting products. Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams. Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters to identify issues. Enter order data and service information into the computer system. Provide clear communication and support to customers. Assist with additional technical support tasks as needed.

Technical Support Specialist Requirements and Qualifications:

Good communication and computer skills. Electrical diagnostic experience and understanding of circuit boards required. Mechanical aptitude and interest in troubleshooting equipment. Ability to read and use multimeter . Strong attention to detail and problem ‑ solving skills. Pay for

Technical Support Specialist Benefits:
