Technician - Industrial Equipment Repair - Inspector

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various mechanical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in electrical controls. Crane and Hoist repair experience is a huge plus. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive high-quality service and support. Duties Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot issues in Hoist, Bridge Crane Units, and other industrial equipment such as OH Doors and Loading docks. Conduct repairs and maintenance on a variety of Hoist, Bridge Crane Units, and other industrial equipment such as OH Doors and Loading docks. Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters to test electrical components and ensure proper functionality. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with our team regarding service needs of our customers. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used during each job. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site at customer locations. Experience Proven experience in field service roles related to Hoist and Crane repair is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems. Experience with welding or fabrication is advantageous but not mandatory. Experience with HVAC controls is a big plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
