Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Technician specializing in Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical systems to join our dynamic Company. This role involves performing comprehensive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities across residential, commercial, and manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background, proficiency with schematics and electrical systems, and experience in supervising Technical operations. Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical circuits, and mechanical components. Perform repairs and installation of units Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams accurately for system diagnostics. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment to assess electrical circuits and components. willing to support all departments including Front desk and Warehouse Participate in service activities, coordinate with team members, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain detailed records of work performed Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally. Apply leadership skills to train junior technicians on technical procedures and safety protocols. Proven experience in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems within residential or industrial settings. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by familiarity with schematics and technical drawings. Proficiency in electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination. Current drivers lisence and good driving record Eligable to obtain base access and other federal access Demonstrated customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Pay:
$25.00 - $80.00 per hour
