Job Summary:

We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to contribute to advanced aerospace manufacturing projects. Our team is dedicated to supporting efficient, high-quality production through precision assembly and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Configure new production work areas with proper tooling and equipment to support efficient workflows and minimize delays in transition to high-rate manufacturing. Utilize precision calibrated tools, such as torque wrenches and micrometers, to maintain high safety and quality standards throughout all tasks. Identify and implement continuous improvement projects focused on safety, efficiency, and overall productivity enhancements. Drill precision holes to tight tolerances, install structural fasteners, and maintain clean, organized work areas in accordance with 5S principles.

Required:

5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, structures, or related fields. Proficient in the use of hand tools, drills, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately. Experience operating precision calibration tools including torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser trackers, and optical measuring instruments. Ability to lift 50 lbs, work comfortably at heights or in confined spaces, and proficiency with digital tools, including Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
