In 2024, we created Ironworks Truck & Equipment as a separate entity. We are currently working to build our team that can take this business to the next step by increasing our chassis mounting business from 10-12 chassis mounts per year to our new goal of 200 chassis mounts per year.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES- Including, but not limited to: Reports directly to the Operations Manager Assist techs with installation and upfitting Control workflow with scheduling techs daily work assignments Maintain a clean and organized work environment Self-inspect work to maintain a standard of quality Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and mechanical issues on new truck chassis during the mounting process Maintain accurate records of work performed by using a computer-generated work order system Abide by all safety and company policies Willingness to learn new products and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

Working knowledge of truck chassis electrical, hydraulics, air, and PTO systems Ability to interact and communicate with others in a professional manner. Technical training from a trade school preferred, but not required. Employee must regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Ability to weld is a plus but will train the right candidate Ability to think "outside the box" is a plus Benefits include paid vacation, 8 paid holidays, a very rich 401k retirement program, company shared insurance premiums covering medical, dental, eye, life & disability.
