Actively assisting teachers and students in classrooms with the launch of new digital projects, STEM/STEAM initiatives, and specialized elective tools (e.g., design software, coding platforms, or media production).
Accessible Instructional Troubleshooting:
Serving as a patient, reliable resource for faculty during the school day, helping them resolve immediate digital hurdles so that valuable instructional time is maximized in the classroom.

• Exceptional communication, troubleshooting, and project-management skills. Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff with patience, empathy, and clarity.
