Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role you define and refine business vision into actionable work for agile teams, focusing on life insurance and reinsurance products. You act as the business voice, collaborating with developers and actuaries to deliver solutions that support pricing, development, and risk management. You'll work within a cross-functional team in a collaborative culture that values learning and impact. This is a growth-focused position with a clear impact on product delivery and regulatory compliance.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Write and refine user stories and features tied to business strategy; prioritize backlog to maximize value
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog with well-defined acceptance criteria consumable by the team
  • Represent the business as the voice of the customer throughout delivery
  • Collaborate with UX, design, BA, developers, testers to align on roadmaps and releases
  • Translate business requirements into actionable processes and measures, supporting risk and controls
  • Support change management activities, including benefits, adoption, and risk metrics
  • Execute robust test plans including user acceptance testing and production validation
  • Contribute to agile team delivery and project-level insights across multiple domains
  • Identify and monitor risks in line with risk and compliance policies Tasks
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience (plus total 8 years without a degree)
  • 4 years in process improvement, project delivery, or requirements analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and project management tools
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Ability to analyze requirements and streamline processes within risk management frameworks
  • Understanding of Process Engineering and Change Management practices
  • Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and following development lifecycle Key requirements
