The Associate Actuary, Analytics/Forecasting analyzes and forecasts financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions. You will establish metrics, provide data analyses, and work directly to support business intelligence. You will evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization's short, medium and long-term financial and competitive position. You will begin to influence department's strategy. You will make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components. You will exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
The Associate Actuary, Analytics/Forecasting will report to the Actuary, Analytics/Forecasting. You will ensure data integrity by developing and executing necessary processes and controls around the flow of data. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs/issues, troubleshoot problems, conduct root cause analysis, and develop cost effective resolutions for business problems.

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ Associate of Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation
+ MAAA
+ Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms
Preferred Qualifications
+ Proficient in SAS, SQL, or Python
+ Comfort in communicating technical concepts to non-actuarial audiences
+ Highly collaborative
+ Knowledge of Value Based contracts
+ Knowledge of Medicare members, claims, and revenue
