Job Description

A regional property and casualty insurance group is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to lead analysis of personal lines product performance and support pricing, product strategy, and regulatory filings. This role combines advanced analytics, insurance expertise, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive profitable growth and informed business decisions. This is a hybrid position with three in-office days per week. Responsibilities Analyze profitability, loss trends, retention, and growth opportunities for personal lines products Draft, submit, and manage rate, rule, and form filings through SERFF and state systems Develop and enhance business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools Benchmark products and recommend pricing, coverage, and rule changes Partner with actuarial, underwriting, marketing, claims, finance, and legal teams Present insights to leadership and mentor junior analysts Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in product, business, or data analytics within P&C insurance Strong personal lines expertise; regulatory filing experience preferred Advanced SQL and Power BI experience; Excel required, Python a plus Strong analytical, communication, and project leadership skills Bachelor's degree preferred Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g. CPCU, CBAP, Data Analytics certifications, Actuarial exams) preferred Technical & Professional Skills Advanced SQL and relational database expertise Strong experience with business intelligence tools ( Power BI required; Tableau a plus ) Advanced analytical and statistical skills High proficiency in Excel; automation or programming experience ( Python preferred ) Knowledge of SERFF, regulatory compliance processes, and insurance standards Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑influencing skills
Compensation Salary Range:
$90,000 - $110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
