Job Description

Seeking an experienced Senior Actuary to join a growing Property & Casualty insurance organization. This role will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and interpreting complex actuarial data to support pricing, reserving, rate filings, economic capital modeling, and strategic business initiatives. The Senior Actuary will provide analytical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development and implementation of innovative actuarial solutions that support profitable growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong Property & Casualty insurance experience, advanced actuarial analytical skills, and have attained their ACAS credential while actively pursuing FCAS designation.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of actuarial experience within Property & Casualty insurance. Demonstrated progression in actuarial responsibilities and exam completion. Experience supporting pricing, reserving, product management, or capital modeling initiatives. Bachelor's Degree required. ACAS designation required or equivalent progress toward ACAS completion. Active pursuit of FCAS designation strongly preferred. Must maintain continuing education requirements necessary to preserve actuarial credentials. Preferred Qualifications Prior Auto Insurance pricing experience. Prior Homeowners Insurance pricing experience. Experience supporting personal lines insurance products. Advanced experience with predictive analytics and actuarial modeling techniques. Experience with regulatory rate filings and state insurance department interactions. Knowledge of modern data analytics tools and programming languages such as: SQL SAS Python R Excel/VBA FCAS designation or near-completion of FCAS requirements. This role will sit HYBRID in
