Job Description:
Everforth ECS is seeking a Technical Agile Coach to work in the National Capital Region covering the Orlando, FL .
Please Note:
This position is contingent upon contract award. Serve as the Technical Agile Coach for one or more Agi le teams supporting the Government program's objectives . Facilitate all core Agi le ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with the Agi le P rogram Manager , Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure sprint goals are well-defined, achievable, and aligned with program priorities. Remove team impediments, coordinate dependencies, and escalate risks or blockers as needed to maintain delivery momentum. Coach team members on Agi le p rinciples, values, and best practices to strengthen Agi le maturity and collaboration across teams. Promote continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, fostering open communication, and encour agi ng accountability. Track and communicate team progress through Agi le metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) and ensure transparency in reporting to leadership and stakeholders. Support Agi le adoption and help the organization apply Scrum , Kanban, or Lean practices where appropriate . Maintain documentation of team activities, deliverables, and lessons learned to support ongoing process refinement. Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with Government standards and project requirements. Active Secret Clearance Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Agi le Coach, or Agi le P roject Lead. Demonstrated experience facilitating Agi le ceremonies and supporting at least two full Agi le p rojects from inception through completion. Proven success man agi ng team-level delivery and coordinating across cross-functional or multi-disciplinary teams. Strong understanding of Scrum , Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business , Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Certification:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agi le certification.
