21-48284 Apply Now As an Agile Team Coach (AC)_Team you will work closely with individual members, whole software delivery teams, release management and business partners to ensure effective software delivery based upon defined agile value & principles. The goal of each AC is to teach, motivate, and encourage each team to self-sustainability of agile practices. The Agile Coach has worked their career in order to coach those around them to be the best possible agilists. They are also someone who leads by example and knows how to bring out the best in people.
RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE
As an Agile Team Coach, you will provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Delivery Team members, Managers, Executives, and other stakeholders within the channel or portfolio to ensure the delivery of "value at the right time in the right way. Key Responsibilities Train Agile teams on Agile Frameworks specific to including: Scrum, Kanban, etc. Utilize Agile techniques to help the business build product backlogs, prioritize them, and drive value for Agile Delivery Teams Coach Agile teams and requisite business partners on transparency, empowerment, ethics, self-organization and responsive action Guide the team to improve their ability to be predictive using right estimation and capacity planning techniques Embed a culture of continuous improvement within the Agile team Quals-- Required Skills Facilitation the art of conducting workshops, retrospectives, assessments, building relationships between multiple stakeholders and team members Training Ability to create and delivery training sessions Techniques - Conflict management, Story mapping, Estimation, Prioritization, Retrospective Team Level Agile Metrics Informed on TDD, Automation, BDD, CICD, Modern Engineering Practices Hands on coaching experience with Agile teams (Scrum and Kanban)
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?
Minimum 7 years in Software Delivery, with at least 2 years as an Agile Coach Migrating and coaching a team from traditional waterfall delivery to Agile ways of working Visioning, Road-mapping, Release Planning, Iterative Planning/Continuous Planning (Scrum/Kanban events) with Agile teams Certified in one or more of the following a plus, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), or other related agile certifications from a reputable organization. 3-5 years of experience with one or more Agile development methodologies (i.e. Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean, etc.) Experience in product development All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
