Job Description

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and facilitate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in a SAFe environment. The ideal candidate will drive program execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of business objectives. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops. Coordinate multiple Agile teams to ensure alignment with program goals. Track and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams. Collaborate with Product Management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders. Monitor program metrics, delivery progress, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support SAFe Agile practices and coach teams on Agile principles. Ensure timely and high-quality release delivery. Required Skills Strong experience as a Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, or Agile Coach. Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile Framework . Expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps , or similar. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Strong risk management and dependency tracking experience.
