Seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide teams and the organization in adopting and scaling Agile methodologies. This role requires strong coaching capabilities, hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Agile Training & Coaching Train teams on Agile principles, values, and best practices Guide teams in applying Agile and Scrum methodologies effectively Facilitation Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including: Big Room Planning Scrum of Scrums Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Retrospectives Ensure ceremonies are productive and aligned with objectives Continuous Improvement Promote a culture of continuous improvement Identify process gaps and remove impediments to Agile adoption Mentorship & Development Mentor Scrum Masters and team members Provide ongoing feedback to enhance Agile maturity Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with leadership, stakeholders, and teams Align Agile practices with business objectives Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university Minimum 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment Professional certifications in Agile frameworks and/or Product Management Preferred Qualifications Experience with: Power BI Azure DevOps Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.) Familiarity with: AI tools and concepts (LLMs, Copilot, Generative AI) Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices Proficiency in: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) Power BI, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail Strong problem-solving abilities (independent and team-based) Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Comfort working with technology leadership, management, vendors, and support teams By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
