Job Description
Job Description We're looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support enterprise Agile adoption and guide teams through successful software delivery. This role partners closely with client stakeholders to drive Agile best practices, enable continuous improvement, and scale Agile frameworks across the organization. Key Responsibilities

- Lead Agile transformations and establish best practices, standards, and training
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Leaders, and engineering teams on Agile principles
- Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and cross-team collaboration sessions
- Define and track key Agile metrics (e.g., OKRs, flow metrics) to measure success
- Support scaling practices using frameworks like SAFe, Kanban, or LeSS
- Drive organizational improvements (team structure, processes, governance)
- Partner with clients to align Agile practices with business goals and delivery outcomes Pay range for this role is $62

- Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, and SDLC
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with distributed/global teams and external vendors
- Proven ability to influence teams and drive change in complex environments
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps)
- Technical aptitude or exposure to software development practices
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
