Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics - Tech Enablement

• Primary Responsibilities:

• + Support prioritization of technology needs and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

+ Lead the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), manage sprint planning, and assist in evaluating trade-off decisions. + Coordinate Proof of Concepts (POCs) and contribute to implementation planning. + Provide analytical and consultative support to functional leadership. + Translate business strategies into actionable analytics initiatives that support customer and business objectives. + Partner with leadership to identify key customer insights that inform decision-making. + Assist in developing testing and validation methodologies.

• Data Collection and Analysis
• + Lead in analyzing critical data sets to support new capabilities, enhance functionality, and address business challenges.
