Job Description
People Analytics Lead This position is ideal for senior-level people analytics professionals to join the Global People Analytics team as a People Analytics Lead, responsible for setting strategic direction, ensuring data integrity, and enabling frictionless workforce insight consumption. - Own significant, unique, and ambiguous problems requiring evaluation of intangibles.
- Partner with HR senior leadership on strategic analytics initiatives.
- Apply independent judgment in statistical methodologies and technology choices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to senior HR and business leadership.
- Build formal networks across HR, IT, Data, and Business functions.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to other analytics professionals. What we're looking for Strategic People Analytics Leadership
- Define and evolve the global people analytics strategy.
- Lead design of advanced workforce intelligence models.
- Translate complex data into executive-ready narratives. Metrics, Data Quality & Analytics Governance
- Define enterprise KPIs and analytic standards.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of people data.
- Establish scalable analytics frameworks across regions. Frictionless User Experience & Insight Consumption
- Design frictionless user experiences for data access.
- Create intuitive dashboards and self-service insights.
- Apply human-centered design to analytics products.
- Reduce manual reporting and low-value metrics. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in people or HR analytics.
- Deep expertise in HR data systems (Workday, ATS, LMS).
- Advanced experience with Power BI and analytics tools.
- Strong SQL, data modeling, and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics. Critical Skills & Competencies

- High standards for data quality, ethics, and rigor.
